Milk
2 tablets of active dry yeast for bread
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of warm water (use the same can)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
8 cups of all-purpose flour
Filling

2 cups of milk

Topping
3 egg whites
1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder (Nescafe)
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of grated orange zest to sprinkle

Filling
Mix all the ingredients together and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Reserve
Dough
Pour the ingredients into a blender, except for the flour
Blend until smooth and transfer to a bowl
Add the flour gradually and mix
Knead the dough for 5 minutes and divide it into three parts
Unroll each part into a rectangle and spread the filling over each one
Roll them up slightly and form a tangerine with the three doughs
Place in a greased baking dish and let rest for 15 minutes
Mix the topping ingredients and brush the tangerine, decorating it with grated orange zest
Let it rise for two hours and bake in a medium preheated oven.
