2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
2 lemons, cut into very thin slices

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of whole milk

Round shape with 24 cm diameter

Preparation
Gelatin Mixture

In a refrigerator, combine 1 cup of water and gelatin
Place over low heat in a bain-marie, stirring until dissolved
Remove from heat

In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, remaining water, dissolved gelatin, and sugar
Pour some of the mixture into a mold to reach 1 cm height and refrigerate until firm

Arrange the lemon slices over the gelatin
Add more gelatin and refrigerate until firm
Add the rest and refrigerate until set
Top Layer
In a saucepan, dissolve gelatin in water
Combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice
Mix and pour over the gelatin once firm
Refrigerate until set
Unmold and serve.
