1 package of pumpkin gelatin
1 cup (hot) of water
1 cup (cold) of pumpkin puree
1 package of cream cheese (150g)
1 package of pumpkin gelatin
1 cup (hot) of water
1 cup (cold) of pumpkin puree
1 package of cream cheese (150g)
Dissolve the gelatin in hot water and pureed pumpkin, then set aside
Reserve 1 cup of the gelatin mixture at room temperature
Distribute the remaining gelatin among individual cups and refrigerate until it starts to set
Beat the cream cheese until creamy and mix with the reserved gelatin
Distribute over the gelatin and chill until frozen.
