3 egg whites
4 candied cherries

In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and add cold water, stirring well
Batter the egg whites until fluffy and add to the gelatin mixture, stirring gently

Place a candied cherry at the bottom of each martini glass
Pour the gelatin mixture over the cherries
Refrigerate for 3 hours or until the gelatin is firm
Serve with a fresh cherry on top.
