1 3/4 cups of dried damask, Turkish (300g)
1 1/4 cups of finely chopped nuts (150g)
200g of bittersweet chocolate, melted and tempered
1 3/4 cups of dried damask, Turkish (300g)
1 1/4 cups of finely chopped nuts (150g)
200g of bittersweet chocolate, melted and tempered
Grind the damasks in a food processor or coffee grinder
Mix with the nuts to form small balls using one tablespoon of the mixture
Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess at the edge of the bowl
Place on a parchment-lined surface and create circular designs with the tip of a knife.
