Cover a baking dish with aluminum foil
Grease the foil well with oil
In a saucepan, combine the pecans and add 3 drops of lemon juice
Heat it up
As the pecans start to melt at the edges, stir constantly with a wooden spoon until they're completely melted
Add the dried pecans, stirring occasionally until they're lightly toasted
Spread the mixture with a greased spatula onto the aluminum foil in an even thickness of 1 centimeter
Verify that the pecans are evenly spread
Let it cool and cut into rectangles
Store in sealed containers
These can be kept for 6 weeks.
