7 white gelatin sheets
1 red gelatin sheet

1 and 1/2 cups of water

Prepare the gelatin by mixing it with half a cup of water and orange juice
Let it sit for about 10 minutes
Heat over low heat, stirring carefully until it's fully dissolved
Pour a small amount into a crystal plate and refrigerate
When it's set, arrange some rose petals on top (previously washed), spread a little more gelatin over the top, and return to the refrigerator
Once it's firm, combine the remaining gelatin and refrigerate again.
