Blend the mousse ingredients in a blender and let it chill. Reserve

In a saucepan, mix the sweetness ingredients over low heat for approximately 30 minutes
Let it cool

Line the bottom of a refrigerator-safe mold with a layer of biscuit crumbs
Place a layer of sweetness on top, followed by a layer of mousse
Repeat this process until you finish with a layer of mousse
Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
