1/3 cup of warm water
1/3 cup of fresh Minas cheese
1/4 packet of chicken broth tablet
1 tablespoon of unflavored and unsalted gelatin
1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 medium-sized tomatoes, peeled and seeded
3 drops of pepper sauce
1 small handful of radish
1 small piece of salami, cut into small pieces

6 small molds with 7 cm diameter

In a pot, dissolve the chicken broth tablet in warm water and mix well
Powder the gelatin over the broth and let it rest for five minutes
Heat it gently on low heat and stir until the gelatin melts
In a processor, blend the tomatoes, salami, salt, pepper sauce, and gelatin to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Moisten the molds with water and distribute the tomato mixture
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for six hours or until it becomes firm
Cube the cheese into 1 cm pieces
Unmold the jelly onto a plate and serve with radish and cheese
If preferred, substitute the cheese with smoked salmon.
