Place the orange zest in a saucepan, add water to cover it
Let it boil and then cool down
In a blender, place the black plums without pits
Add 1 cup of water and blend well
Mix and add the same amount of sugar
Put it in a saucepan, preferably one made of enameled cast iron or stainless steel
Add the cooled orange zest and lemon juice
Cook for about 5 minutes or until it thickens slightly
Pour into a 1/2 liter glass bottle, warm, sterilized.
