6 ripe medium-sized bananas
3 cups of sugar

Peel the bananas and cut them into 2 cm slices
Mix all ingredients together and place it over low heat in a bain-marie until the sugar is fully dissolved
Place the mixture directly over medium-low heat and stir constantly for about 15 minutes, or until the pudding thickens
Increase the heat and beat the mixture vigorously for several minutes, or until the pudding becomes thick and creamy (about 15 minutes)
Transfer to sterilized and hermetically sealed containers
Let it cool and store in the refrigerator for 6 weeks
