2 tablespoons lime juice
a pinch of salt to taste

Cut the avocados in half lengthwise
Remove the pit
Scoop out a little of the flesh from each avocado
Dip the remaining avocado part into lime juice
Blend the scooped-out avocado in a liquidizer
Add a bit of lime juice to prevent darkening
Season to taste
Get or make avocado sorbet or, if possible, lime sorbet
To the sorbet, add grated lime zest and juice
Place a ball or slice of sorbet on top of each avocado half
Garnish with avocado cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
