Peel the bananas and cut them into 2 cm thick slices
Combine all the ingredients and place it over low heat in a water bath until the sugar is fully dissolved
Directly place the mixture on medium heat and stir constantly for about 15 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and thick
Increase the heat and beat the mixture vigorously for several minutes, or until the pudding becomes very thick
Pour into sterilized containers and seal tightly
Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator for at least 6 weeks.
