Wash the grapes and remove their skins to extract the pulp
Cook the pulp until it reaches a boil, then strain out the seeds
Combine the grated orange zest, water, and cooked pulp
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add the grape skins, let it come to a boil again, then add sugar and spices
Simmer until it thickens
Strain into sterilized jars, seal tightly, and store at room temperature for 4-5 days
