In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches gelatinous consistency
To test, place an empty cup in the freezer for a few minutes
Remove some of the gelatin and pour it into the cold cup
Return to the freezer for 2 minutes
Incline the cup; the gelatin should not run
Place the gelatin in sterilized jars
