    Take a watermelon and cut out the part that's suitable for eating, remove the rind and most of the white part. Cut it all into slices and cook it over low heat (in a pressure cooker, cook for about 20 minutes). Discard the liquid and season with a mixture of sugar to which you've added about 3 or 4 cloves. When the bottom of the pan appears, it's done. Don't forget to stir constantly.
