Clean the sausage logs and cut them into medium-sized pieces
Place them in a bowl, cover with cold water and lime juice
Let it sit for 10 minutes
Drain and transfer to a pot with boiling water
Add half of the milk and cook until the pieces are tender but still firm
Drain again and reserve
Melt half of the butter and lightly fry the sausage. Reserve
On another part, mix the ground beef, egg, grated cheese, salt, and soaked bread, all moistened with the remaining milk
Mold into small patties, coat in flour, and fry in hot oil until golden brown
In a greased refrigerator, make layers of sausage, patties, white sauce, and dust with flour
