2 kg of crushed strawberries
6 tablespoons of gelatin

Mix the strawberries with the gelatin, bring to a low heat and simmer until the gelatin is dissolved
Cook over high heat until thickened, stirring frequently to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan
Pour into preheated glass jars still warm, leaving a 6mm space at the top
Close tightly and cook in a water bath for 15 minutes
Fill 5 jars of 250g each.
