150g cream cheese
1/2 can of heavy cream
Zest from 1 lemon

Reserve four cookies
With the remaining biscuits, line the bottom of a 18.5cm diameter springform pan
In a blender, blend the condensed milk and lemon juice for 15 minutes or until a thick cream forms
Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and mix for another 2 minutes
Place the reserved cookies, divided in half, along the sides of the pan and pour in the filling
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Dust with lemon zest and serve.
