Mix the chopped Mama with the sugar and water
Cook until the Mama is soft but not mushy
Drain the excess liquid from the Mama and reserve the caldness
Take 1 cup of Mama and 3/4 cup of caldness
Mix in the flour, yeast, and salt, alternating with milk
Pour into a greased mold and bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes
Remove from mold and top with reserved caldness and remaining Mama
Serve with an egg liqueur
