2 egg whites
2/3 cup of sugar (or 11 tablespoons)
3 tablespoons of water
1 envelope of unsweetened gelatin (or 6 sheets)
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften, then mix with the other ingredients
Heat over low heat in a water bath, beating until the mixture warms up enough that you can no longer keep your finger in it
Remove from heat and continue beating until peaks form
(Do not use aluminum pans, as they will discolor the glaze)
