Mix all the ingredients and beat just until they're well combined
Place it in a water bath over boiling water and beat for 7 to 10 minutes, until peaks form
Remove from heat and let it cool until it reaches the consistency to spread
Use it to cover a cake with a diameter of about 33 cm.
