1/2 kg of powdered sugar (special sugar available at party supply stores)

Mix the ingredients and place in a blender
Blend on low speed until stiff peaks form and the mixture becomes white
Check the consistency
Add more powdered sugar if too soft or more water if too thick
Use immediately or cover with a clean cloth or plastic wrap to prevent drying.
