2 egg whites
2 1/2 cups of confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Mix the egg whites well with a wooden spoon, just to break them up
Gradually add the confectioner's sugar while beating the mixture with your hand for about 10 minutes until it becomes firm
Lift the spoon with a little of the glaze; if it doesn't fall off, it's ready
Add the lemon juice and mix well
Cover the glaze container with a clean cloth as needed to prevent it from hardening
Note: If you prefer, use an electric mixer following the same process in this recipe.
