1 cup water

Dough
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Beat the butter with the sugar until smooth
Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add to the dough
Mix gently
Mix delicately
Place a raisin at the bottom of each mold and fill with the dough
Arrange in a baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
Let cool and unmold
Cream Filling
In a pan, combine all ingredients and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally, until the cream thickens slightly
When cooled, dip each fritter in the cream and then dust with confectioners' sugar.
