2 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of chopped almonds or hazelnuts
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of dried cranberries, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of raisins
2 1/2 cups of oats
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup of chopped almonds or hazelnuts
1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of wheat germ
1/2 cup of honey
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of dried cranberries, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of raisins
In a bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, almonds or hazelnuts, sesame seeds, and wheat germ
Mix together the honey and olive oil
Add to the previous mixture, stirring well
Spread onto a baking sheet of approximately 32 x 22 cm
Bake in a slow oven preheated to (130°C) until lightly browned, about 45 minutes
Stir every 15 minutes
Remove from the oven
Combine with the dried cranberries and raisins
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping
Place in a container that closes well or plastic bags
Serve fresh, or store for up to 6 1/2 cups.
