Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the prosciutto
Mix for one minute
Add the mushroom and cook for an additional two minutes
Mix in the cream without whey and cook over low heat
Add the cheese and cook for another ten minutes or until a thick sauce forms
Season with salt and pepper to taste
While that cooks, prepare the pasta according to the manufacturer's instructions
Drain and serve with the hot sauce.
