Preheat the oven
Spread the cheese over the biscuits
Beat the yolk well
Mix with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
Beat the whites until fluffy
Add the yolk mixture to the prepared biscuits
Place the biscuits in a baking dish and bake at moderate heat for 13 minutes, or until the top is firm and lightly golden
Serve warm
