In a large pot, place 5 liters of water, cover it, bring to a boil, and let simmer
Add one and a half soup spoons of salt and let simmer again
Add the pasta in batches, stir well, and cook until al dente without covering
Remove from heat and drain

In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the ground pepper and pasta, mixing well
Add vodka, tomato sauce, and heavy cream
