5 ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded
6 fillets of anchovies, finely chopped
1/4 cup (chopped) of green olives
1 cup (chopped) of parsley leaves
Salt and grated cheese to taste

In a large pot with boiling water, cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer's instructions
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and caramelize the garlic
Add the chopped tomato, anchovies, and cook for five minutes
Add the remaining olive oil, stir well, and remove from heat
Add the parsley leaves, salt, and mix well
Drain the pasta and serve with the warm sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
