In a bowl, combine the flour and butter to form a crumbly mixture
Make a depression in the center and add the carrot juice
Use a fork to mix until all the flour is incorporated
Knead with your hands until it becomes homogeneous
Wrap with plastic wrap and let rest for 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Divide the dough into three portions
On a floured surface, open each portion to a thickness of 2 mm
Sprinkle one-third of the Parmesan cheese over each piece and roll lightly to fix the cheese

Cut strips 1.5 cm wide by 25 cm long
Hold one end and twist the strip to form a coil
Transfer to a greased baking sheet
Repeat with the other strips
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
Remove and let cool.
