In a processor or blender, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, garlic, hazelnuts, and olive oil to form a pesto paste
Grill the bread slices and ham burgers on both sides until golden brown
Assemble each burger by spreading pesto, tomato, and ham burger
Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
