Heat a skillet with the butter
When melted, add the mango slices and fry until golden brown on both sides
Remove from the skillet and reserve
In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, lemon juice, curry powder, grated ginger, and salt
Assemble the sandwiches by layering alternating layers of mango, cream mixture, turkey breast, and white bread
Finish with a drizzle of cream mixture
Top with remaining slices of white bread, garnish with mango, turkey breast, cream, and serve
