400g of Ground Pork
1 cup of tomato seeds, finely chopped (180g)
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin in a pinch
1 dash of black pepper
4 slices of bacon (200g)
4 leaves of American lettuce
12 slices of mozzarella cheese de leite de Bafala (240g)
For the sauce
4 tablespoons of cucumber seeds, cut into cubes
4 tablespoons of plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon of fresh dill, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix well the meat, tomato, parsley, salt, oregano, cumin, and black pepper
Divide the mixture into four portions
With a 10cm cookie cutter, shape four burgers and reserve
Wet a pan over high heat
Brush it lightly with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two burgers at a time until they are well browned (about 5 minutes per side)
Cut the burgers in half and fill them with American lettuce, bacon, and cheese
Prepare the sauce: in a small bowl, mix well all the ingredients
Serve the sandwiches with the sauce on the side.
