1/2 cup of finely chopped ham
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup of diced mixed pickles
11/2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 can of solid tuna in oil (198g)
2 hamburger buns
1 egg, beaten

In a bowl, mix together the tuna, ham, egg, ketchup, onion, pickle juice, and lemon juice
Divide the mixture into two portions
Assemble each portion to form a hamburger
Heat a non-stick skillet with butter over medium heat
Fry the hamburgers for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown
Keep warm
At the same time, mix together the mayonnaise and remaining pickles
Cut each bun in half, place a hamburger patty, and top with the mayonnaise-pickle mixture
Serve.
