In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients well until they are homogeneous
Divide the mixture into six portions
On a flat surface brushed with oil, shape each portion into a burger using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter
Heat a grill to high heat
Brush it lightly with oil and reduce the flame to medium
