1 pre-made pizza crust
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of cooked or roasted chicken, cut into cubes (can use leftovers)
1/3 cup of pineapple chunks and well-drained
1/3 cup of canned green corn
3 scrambled eggs fried
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro

Spread the chicken, pineapple, and corn on top
Place the scrambled eggs on top and drizzle with soy sauce
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cilantro
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 15 minutes
Serve one pizza.
