2 kg of lizard (without skin and fat)
10 banana-like fruits (not too ripe)
1 small onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
4 teaspoons of wine vinegar
2 thyme sprigs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 teaspoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of oregano
2 kg of lizard (without skin and fat)
10 banana-like fruits (not too ripe)
1 small onion
2 tablespoons of olive oil
5 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
4 teaspoons of wine vinegar
2 thyme sprigs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 teaspoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of oregano
Mix all the seasonings, except olive oil, and knead well
Pierce the meat
In the holes, place the seasonings, making sure to fill them well
Put the meat in a bowl and let it rest for an hour
From time to time, turn the meat to soak up the seasoning
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker, then add the meat and fry until browned on all sides
Once done, cover with water, close the pressure cooker, and cook for an hour
Remove the meat from the pressure cooker and cut it into 2cm thick slices
Return the pressure cooker to the heat, add the sliced meat, and cook until the remaining water has evaporated
When the water has evaporated, let the meat brown slightly
Remove the meat from the pressure cooker and arrange it on a plate in slices
Add the leftover olive oil that's still in the pressure cooker, 1/4 tablespoon of olive oil, and fry the banana-like fruits until they're golden-brown on both sides
Place the fried banana-like fruits around the meat slices on the plate
If desired, garnish with cooked vegetables - carrots, peas, beans, etc.
