Grate the carrot and squeeze out excess juice
Mix well with the beets, egg, onion, bell pepper, salt, and black pepper
Divide into eight portions
Grease a flat surface with a little oil and shape each portion
Form each patty to obtain a hamburger and coat in breadcrumbs
In a large non-stick skillet, place half of the remaining oil and heat at high flame
Fry the hamburgers at low heat until golden brown on both sides
Drain on paper towels and serve.
