Form the burger:
Clean and finely chop the chicken breast with a sharp knife
Season with salt and shape into a hamburger, approximately 160 g
Before grilling in a hot pan for five minutes, brush butter on both sides
Sauce:
Melt butter in a skillet, add heavy cream and ricotta cheese, whisking until creamy
Whisk for five minutes to achieve the desired consistency
