1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 medium onion, cut into pieces
1 egg white
1 small chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into pieces (260 g)

Biscuit cutter with 8 cm diameter
Process all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a paste
Divide the mixture into four parts
Brush a smooth surface and biscuit cutter with oil
Place one quarter of the mixture inside it and press down
Repeat the process with the remaining three quarters
Heat a grill to high heat
Lightly brush it with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry the burgers for 2 minutes on each side or until they are well browned
Place them in a baking dish and serve.
