4 medium-sized potatoes
1 cup of cooked fish, flaked
6 anchovy fillets, rinsed and chopped
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

Melt the butter in a small frying pan
Add the onion and fry until it's translucent. Reserve
Cook the potatoes, then peel and mash them in a large bowl
Add the fish and anchovy fillets
Let it cool slightly
Beat in the eggs until the mixture is smooth and creamy
Add the chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, and salt
Mix well
Refrigerate for about 1 hour
Shape into patties about 7 cm in diameter
Dip the patties quickly in breadcrumbs, shaking off any excess
Place the patties in a greased baking dish
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
After 15 minutes, flip the burgers to ensure even cooking
Serving immediately.
