Preheat the oven
Butter a 1 1/2 liter baking dish or form
Drain the oysters
Peel and mince the garlic, then combine with olive oil
Mix in the Parmesan cheese, biscuit crumbs, salt, and black pepper
Coat the oysters with the olive oil mixture, covering them well on both sides
Arrange the oysters in the prepared baking dish
Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown
Serve in quarters.
