2 cups of cooked soybeans
1 cup of cooked rice
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped green scallion
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
2 eggs
to taste salt and pepper
a few drops of English Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of white breadcrumbs or whole wheat bread crumbs
2 cups of cooked soybeans
1 cup of cooked rice

Mash the soybeans well
Mix with remaining ingredients
Shape into round patties like burgers and bake in a moderate oven until they're done, for about 45 minutes
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
