Shape the hamburgers, wrap in plastic film, and refrigerate for at least an hour
Season the tomato with balsamic vinegar and reserve
Fry the bacon slices and set aside
Mix four tablespoons of shredded Muenster cheese, olives, and pickled jalapeño
Grill the hamburger on both sides
Assemble the sandwich by placing green leaves, beef, a tomato slice, one tablespoon of Muenster cheese with olive and pickled jalapeño, and finally, a bacon slice
Serve with mayonnaise or ketchup.
