1/2 pound chuck roast sliced into strips

4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 can drained snap peas
4 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
10-12 thinly sliced radishes

In a large bowl, combine the cornstarch and soy sauce; add the beef and stir until it's well coated with the mixture
Heat the olive oil
Fry the beef, stirring constantly, until it's lightly browned
Cover and cook slowly until the beef is tender
Add the snap peas, vinegar, and sesame oil; cook, stirring always, until everything is hot
Add the radishes and heat again
Serve immediately, as the radishes will lose their color
Cook in four batches.
