1 chicken pieces

salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 handful of spinach
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken pieces, adding salt and pepper to taste
Add the ketchup and chicken broth mixture on top of the chicken pieces
Cook slowly over low heat for 45 minutes, until the chicken is tender
Wash the spinach, do not dry it, and cook it in a covered pan without adding water for 5 minutes
Mix the salt, pepper, and butter or margarine with the spinach
Arrange on a large platter
Cover with the cooked chicken pieces, pouring the sauce over the top
Serve 4 portions.
