4 cups of cooked or baked ham, crumbled
1/2 cup of sherry
2 well-beaten eggs
2 cups of cooked rice
2 diced tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of whipped cream
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of melted butter
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients except the flour, butter, and paprika, mixing well
Place the mixture in a casserole dish
Lightly mix the flour with the butter
Sprinkle over the ham layer in the casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
