Preheat the oven to moderate (150°C)
Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper to taste
Dredge the chicken pieces in flour
Butter the chicken in 1/2 cup of butter
Place in a refractory form and reserve
In a pan, mix the remaining butter or margarine with white wine, soy sauce, lime juice, and ginger
Simmer and stir well, then pour over the chicken pieces
Cover with aluminum foil
Put it in the oven and turn the chicken pieces occasionally until it's done
Let it cook for about 4 hours.
