Sear the onion and zucchini in butter for 15 minutes or until they're tender, stirring frequently. Reserve
Cook the ground beef in the remaining butter, stirring with a spoon until it loses its red color
Beat the eggs; add milk, vegetables, meat, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste
Pour into a refractory form of 2 1/2 liters capacity
Bake in a moderate oven for 45-60 minutes or until firm
